Returns and Refund

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are non-refundable. When shipping your item back, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
